Looking for a quick, colorful, and flavorful way to feed a group? This stir-fry is a lifesaver! It’s packed with fresh veggies, tender meat, and a burst of herbs, making it a no-fuss, crowd-pleasing meal
Stir-fry isn’t just a meal, it’s a superstar of the food world! Born in ancient China, this cooking method has been around for centuries. Why? Because it’s fast, easy, and makes the most of whatever ingredients you have. Back then, people loved it because it used less fuel to cook, which was a big deal. Today, we love it for the same reason—it’s quick, healthy, and oh-so-tasty.

But let’s be real: the best thing about stir-fry is how fun it is to make. You can throw in your favorite veggies, mix up the flavors, and make it your own every single time. Plus, it’s a great way to use up leftovers and sneak in those greens without anyone complaining.
Want a meal that’s packed with color, crunch, and flavor? Stir-fry has your back.

- Method: Easy
Description
Bet you didn’t know leftover fillet makes Stir-Fry for a Crowd taste next level. Tried it yet?
Ingredients
(Adjust the amounts depending on how many you’re serving!)
- Mushrooms
- Peppers
- Baby marrows (zucchini)
- Carrots
- Snap peas
- Celery
- Spring onions
- Baby corn
- White onions
- Fresh thyme
- Slivered meat (leftover fillet works great!)
- Fresh coriander
- Cornflour (Maizena)
Instructions
- Chop your vegetables into your preferred sizes.
- Thin strips (julienne-style) or finely chopped pieces work well.
- Toss your meat slices in a mix of Cornflour (Maiziena), salt, and pepper. This adds a little crispness when you cook them.
- Heat your wok or large pan.
- Lightly fry the coated meat until warm and crisp, then set it aside.
- Add the veggies to the pan a handful at a time, frying them quickly so they’re cooked but still have some crunch. Once each batch is done, scoop them out and set aside.
- When all the veggies are done, throw everything, veggies and meat, back into the pan.
- Add a generous handful of freshly chopped coriander and toss everything together until it’s fragrant and ready to serve.
- Pile it high over a bed of steamed rice or toss it with some Chinese noodles. Add soy sauce on the side for extra flavor.
This recipe is perfect for those busy nights when you want something fast, fresh, and full of flavor. Trust me, you’ll want to make extras because everyone’s coming back for seconds!
