Instructions

  1. Chop cauliflower into pieces, then boil till fork tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. The whole seeds and onion should be cooked until translucent in a pan.
  3. Add all the spices and allow this to cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add the boiled cauliflower to the pan along with salt and stir to coat well.
  5. Let this simmer for about 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and allow it to cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, use a fork and mash the cauliflower, add chilies and coriander, and mix.
  7. The filling is now ready. Enjoy!!

  9. Use a ball of dough about a golf ball size, flatten it out with your fingertips, place a tablespoon of filling in the center then pull up the sides of the dough to create a ball.
  10. Flatten and roll out gently on a lightly floured surface, then cook in a nonstick pan/Tawa till puffy and browned on both sides.
