Sureka’s Chilli Paste

TRH Sureka's Chilli Paste

10 dried red chillies soaked for 15 minutes in a 1/4 cup boiling water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons of oil
Place all ingredients in a food processor or coffee grinder and process until smooth.
Store in the refrigerator.
