No recipe. I just winged it!
Parchment paper on cookie sheets.
Greased paper with melted coconut oil.
Used more oil to coat the chips in a bowl.
Spread in single layer on sheets.
Seasoned as you wish. (I used sea salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder). Baked at 400 degrees F for 10 mins.
Flipped and baked another 5-10 mins.
Check often at this point and pull off the ones that look like they’re done.
The edges burn very quickly!
Drain on paper towels.

Love chips. Never made them, will have to try this.
Its super yummy. I ♥ them
I have seen recipes before for them, just never tried it.
Delicious
Will you be able to eat those now with the sugar issue?
I will save it for later use. Once all sorted out I may be able to introduce sugar back in my diet in small quantities.
I would think that cutting it all out entirely would be hard, but you are so knowledgeable about food, you would know what has sugar and what doesn’t. In time possibly, everything in moderation, or something like a once a week treat.
I am still a rooky, still learning each day, but trying my best
They always say it gets easier the more you do something.
True, true working on it
I wish you the best.
Thanks
