The Sweetest and the bluest berries muffins ever!
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup frozen blueberries, unthawed
Topping:
1 T sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg or cinnamon

Method:
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk, vanilla. Mix well.
Stir in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in blueberries.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle topping.
Bake 180C/375F for 20-25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
