This Tuna Pasta Bake is a quick and easy way to satisfy your family and friends with a delicious and perfect meal.
275g dried penne pasta
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon garlic
50g cake flour
900ml fresh milk
275g cheese grated
20g chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
20g can tuna drained
Preheat oven to 180C
Cook pasta for 8 – 10 min then drain.
Meanwhile, heat butter in pot add onion and garlic then fry until onion soft.
Stir in the flour and cook for 1 min.
Gradually add the milk and bring to boil, stirring, until sauce thickened.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Stir in tomatoes and parsley season.
Remove from stove add tuna to sauce then add pasta.
Pour into a greased ovenproof dish and sprinkle with more grated cheese and Parmesan cheese ( I only use cheese )
Bake for 30 min until golden. Serve with green salad.
