Vegan Banana and Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Naturally sweetened and dairy-free

Ingredients:
8 bananas, peeled, cubed, and frozen.
4 tbsp. sugar-free peanut butter.
80g maple syrup.
150g Simba salted peanuts.

Method:
In a blender, add the frozen bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup together and blitz until a nice smooth mixture is obtained.
Fold in the salted peanuts.
Pour into a greased dish.
Pop into the freezer for 30 minutes to get hard again.

  1. Oh my! I am craving now. Thanks for sharing this. I have not tried eating a banana and peanut butter ice cream. I would love to try this soon as I have peanut butter. I still have to buy bananas though.
