  • 1Β½ banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • almond milk/coconut milk as a personal preference (I like my milkshake thick!)
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 2 heaped tablespoons vegan protein powder (I use Phyto Pro-Clean Protein which is plant-based)
  • few drops of vanilla essence
  • ice
  • cacao nibs for decoration and crunchy bits
