A warm and comforting Veggie soup with Sweet potato that’s ideal for cold days
500 g split peas
2 liters water
5 large carrots
2 red onions
Soup celery & parsley
3 sweet potatoes
Salt and ground black pepper
Cook split peas until soft and creamy
Add grated vegetable
Cook until done
Add salt & pepper
Blend soup with a hand blender
