1 cup castor sugar
3 cups plain flour
6 level tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 180C degrees
Cream butter & sugar until creamy
Beat in eggs one at a time
Sift in dry ingredients
Stir until well mixed (the dough will be sticky but DON’T PANIC – Just flour your palms & handle the dough lightly.
Roll into small balls
Bake for 12 minutes on 180C in a “normal” oven
When cool sandwich with glace icing
Then dip into warm syrup & roll in coconut. (I colored the coconut with pink coloring, drop a few drops & mix it well)
1 cup icing sugar
+/- 2 Tbspn water (I prefer milk in glace icing)
Stir to make a thick paste
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Boil for 10 mins
Colour with rose pink

Elachi flavored milkshake
1 ltr fresh milk
Soak sabja seeds (or sweet basil seeds) for a while then strain
Add some elachi (Cardamom) syrup to the milk, depending on your sweetness.
Add some ice cream to this, use a hand blender and whisk till frothy, mix in the sabja seeds
Pour in a glass, top with dollops of ice cream and kit kat
Decorate as desired
