Forest bathing is something I enjoy doing, Esme. But only on sunny days. It certainly is very good for mental health.
We have so many awesome forest areas here in The Valley and it’s so peaceful and quiet and soul refreshing to go out.
A very inviting area. I’d love to walk there. 🙂
Most certainly a glorious and fantastic forest to walk and we intend going more now that the weather is co-operating.
