WEEKLY SENIOR SALON

This is a personal invitation to all fellow bloggers (anyone is more than welcome) to come and join and share their posts on a weekly basis and showcase it here. It’s free to you and you have nothing to lose, so why not participate.

Linkup will Start each: Monday @ 02:00 am
and the doors close on a Friday at 8:00 pm PST each week.

I also do a roundup post and link back to your blog and
post on a Friday evening at 9:00 pm PST
(Example of Roundup Post)

I would like to take this opportunity to mention 3 rules
and I respectfully ask all to help us out:

You NEED to comment, share and not only drop a link and disappear.  That’s not the way we want to operate, so please take the time to comment on a minimum of THREE POSTS.  We all love to hear from our fellow bloggers, so leave them a meaningful comment.  Nice post, nice pics etc does not help, so READ the post and then share your thoughts.

We also ask that you take the time once read, to share those posts on social media.  We are all here to build a strong community and share our posts with fellow SeniorSalon members.  I am sure that we can rely on your support!

Please ONLY share a POST Link and not your blog link!
Should I find blog links in future, I will unfortunately not continue to share the newest post on the blog!

Please showcase your posts via the Blue “Add your link” button.

GO AHEAD YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO DO – An example of a previous SeniorSalon Linkup – An InLinkz Link-up

***When participating, you automatically provide your permission that I can share your links left here at Senior Salon on any of the above listed social media outlets to showcase your post/s.

If you wish to receive a reminder, then leave me your email address at es*******@sh**.ca and with that, you also give me your permission to send you an email late Sunday evening or early Monday morning prior to the opening of the doors as a reminder.

  2. Hello. Thanks so much for continuing this excellent resource. I only discovered it s few months ago and it had not quite gotten embedded as a habit yet, but I’m working on it. Is there a document somewhere telling newbies like me just how to maneuver in the site or is it more of a spend-more-time-and-you’ll-figure-it-out situation?

    • Hi Janet. If you follow my blog, you will get the notification each Monday as the Linkup will Start: 02:00 am and the Friday @ 8:00 pm PDT (Pacific Daylight Time), and you will be able to use the Inlinkz Blue Froggy to add your links
Read through the post, you will find the froggy, click on it, then follow the prompts. Basically it will ask you to add the post https:// you want to showcase, enter that and voila, all done. Then click return to linkup (you should find that button as well), it will revert you to the already entered links, you click on those and read the post, leave a comment, and share as you like. Also it would be appreciated it you then share the fact that you’re connected to the SS on your blog or other social media, then your followers and other bloggers can also come and do the same. If you need any other information, please do not hesitate to ask.
