Ingredients:
Spices:
Garlic
Ginger masala
Salt
white pepper
cayne pepper
A handfull of Allspice
black pepper corns
cloves
cinnamon sticks
Protein:
1.5kg Lamb pieces
Starch:
2 large Potatoes
2 cups White Basmati Rice
Sauce:
Tin of onion & tomato mix
Tub of tomato paste
Fat:
Olive oil
Method:
Fry meat in oil
Add garlic & ginger
Cook till browned, 15min
Season with salt & white pepper
Add tin of tomato mix
Cook 10min
Add cubed potatoes
Season with salt & spices
Add water
Cook till potatoes nearly done
Add tomato paste
Meanwhile cook rice.
Serve & Enjoy
