Ingredients:
250g softened butter / margarine (I prefer butter)
1 cup sugar (u may go up to 1.5 cups depending on your taste)
4 extra large eggs / 5 large eggs
3 cups self-raising flour
I cup warm milk
1 tbs caramel essence (it is my preference but you may use vanilla essence if you like)
Method:
Cream butter/margarine and sugar very well, then add eggs one at a time.
Beat well after each addition.
Add in the flour, milk and essence and mix well into a smooth batter (the batter is slightly thick).
Pour into greased muffin pans or cupcake cups, sprinkle with sprinkles of your choice and bake in a preheated oven 180 deg cel for 12-14 min. Enjoy
