Baby Apple Tartlets

These Baby Apple Tartlets are small, but you will have to make a BIG batch of these tiny apple treats with their sweet and cinnamony flavor as they are a delightful addition to a dessert table.

Description

The Easiest Apple Recipe you will find, but oh so delicious with a plump baby apple and some sweet icing drizzle.
Enjoy all the pleasures of a decadent sweet cinnamony apple pie in a delightful hand-held size


Ingredients

Scale
  • 30 pure butter ready cut round shells
  • 2 tins of canned Goldcrest baby apples (15 apples in a tin)
  • Brown sugar mixed with fine cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
  2. Use Spray and Cook and coat the insides of two 2 small muffins pan.
  3. Add a shell and press down with a cookie press.
  4. Add little cinnamon sugar on the base and then add some apple and a little bit more cinnamon sugar on top of the apple.
  5. Close pastry around apple and bake in a Thermofan oven for 26 minutes until golden brown.

Baby Apple Tartlets Icing

  1. For the icing, drizzle and mix a bit of hot milk with icing sugar and mix well and drizzle over tartlets.
  2. Add milk with a teaspoon of icing sugar.
  3. Please note, it must not be too watery.
