Best No Flour Gluten-Free Egg Waffle
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large slice cold cut meat - shredded
- Spices: Parsely, Aromat or any salt, Fresh Ground Black Pepper
I started this one very plain to see if the concept will work, and I am so happy, this was super delicious and my husband also agreed that it's awesome.
Why are my waffles soggy?
Moisture in the 'batter/egg mixture' very quickly turns to steam and vaporize out the sides of the waffle machine. If the iron isn't hot, it will not be the case, and the waffles will be soggy and squishy. To make sure your waffle iron is hot, turn it on and let it warm up while preparing the mixture, and that should not take you more than five minutes, and by that time the iron should be ready.
