Instructions

  1. Fry the onion in oil, for 5 minutes on medium heat
  2. Add whole spices
  3. Add spices, tomatoes, chili, curry leaves
  4. Add ginger and garlic paste
  5. Add mutton, salt
  6. Mix well
  7. Cook for an hour or slightly longer if you need to.
  8. Keep Adding very little hot water, just enough so it doesn’t stick to the pot.
  9. Fry potatoes, and add to mutton once mutton is cooked.
  10. Garnish with dhania, also known as cilantro or coriander.
