A lusciously moist Cacao and Walnut cake made with coconut flour
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1 tsp. cacao
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp. of vanilla essence
3 tbsp. almond milk
1 tbsp. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cashew nut butter
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl & combine well.
Pour into a microwave-proof mug.
Microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
Top with cashew nut butter, more walnuts, and enjoy!
