A lusciously moist Cacao and Walnut cake made with coconut flour
- 1 tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 tsp. cacao
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. of vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp. almond milk
- 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. cashew nut butter
- Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl & combine well.
- Pour into a microwave-proof mug.
- Microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
- Top with cashew nut butter, more walnuts, and enjoy!
