Description

Biting into a chicken ball is like hitting the snack jackpot: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Whether it’s a family dinner, a party platter, or just a solo snack sesh, chicken balls never disappoint. No wonder people can’t stop eating them!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 10 spaghetti strands
  • 2 chicken breast fillets (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 1 cup Panko crumbs
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic flakes
  • Salt, Aromat, paprika, and orange pepper (to taste)

Chicken Balls


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil potatoes in salted water until soft, then mash and set aside.
  2. Boil spaghetti in salted water until tender.
  3. Drain, chop into small pieces, and set aside.
  4. Season the cubed chicken with garlic flakes, paprika, orange pepper, Aromat, and salt. Stir-fry in a little oil until cooked. Let cool.
  5. Mix the mashed potatoes, spaghetti, cooked chicken, and chopped coriander.
  6. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Shape the mixture into balls.
  8. Dip each ball in beaten eggs, then coat with Panko crumbs.
  9. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up. Deep-fry in batches until golden brown.
  10. Drain the balls on paper towels.
  11. Serve warm with your favorite tangy dip.
  12. Enjoy the crispy, golden goodness!
