Cinnamon Puff Roses, shown step by step how to make these easy and wonderful and lovely treats

Step 1: roll out your puff pastry and using a circle cutter cut out circles

Step 2: sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon

Step 3: for each row place a disc on top of each other so that half of the new disc touches half of the previous disc

Step 4: roll up the row like a Swiss roll

Lay in back down and cut in half so 3 rows will make 6 roses. Place in a greased pan and pop into a preheated oven.

Cook for 20 minutes or until nice and golden brown

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp margarine
  • 1½ cups icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 6 tsp boiling water

Method

Mix well till everything is combined, for a thicker frosting use less water.
