Description
Indulge yourself in our divine Creamy Roasted Garlic Hummus. Make your own Hummus as needed, using only the finest ingredients to ensure the perfect blend of flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 Cans of Chickpeas (drain & save liquid) or 1 Cup Dried Chickpeas (soaked)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Tahini (roasted)
- 4 Cloves Garlic (roasted)
- Salt to taste
- 2 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- Garnish – 10 cloves of Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil, Spring Onion
Instructions
- Place the chickpeas in the blender, add the lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt & tahini.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Add some of the reserved liquid from the chickpeas while blending if the mixture is too thick.
- Spoon into a serving dish and garnish.
- Enjoy!!
