Description

Indulge yourself in our divine Creamy Roasted Garlic Hummus. Make your own Hummus as needed, using only the finest ingredients to ensure the perfect blend of flavors.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 Cans of Chickpeas (drain & save liquid) or 1 Cup Dried Chickpeas (soaked)
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Tahini (roasted)
  • 4 Cloves Garlic (roasted)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Garnish – 10 cloves of Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil, Spring Onion


Instructions

  1. Place the chickpeas in the blender, add the lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt & tahini.
  2. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add some of the reserved liquid from the chickpeas while blending if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Spoon into a serving dish and garnish.
  5. Enjoy!!
