How to Make the Best Fluffy Easy Blueberry Pancakes

A pancake (or hot-cake, griddlecake, or flapjack) is a flat cake, often thin and round, prepared from a starch-based batter that may contain eggs, milk, and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan, often frying with oil or butter. It is a type of batter bread. Archaeological evidence suggests that pancakes were probably the earliest and most widespread cereal food eaten in prehistoric societies.

    • Hi Tina. Please note that I have not made this particular recipe but received it from a member of my FB recipe groups. Why not try using less if you feel its over the top and see how it works for you. I have double-checked again to make sure it’s correct as provided and yes she did state one 1 cup of sugar. Hope you will try it out and let us know the outcome
