Description
This is one of those desserts that’s almost too easy to call a recipe.
Ingredients
- 250 ml heavy cream (cold)
- 2–3 tbsp sugar (taste and adjust)
- 3–4 tbsp Nutella (add more if you’re a Nutella lover)
- Fresh strawberries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a chilled bowl, whip the cream until it starts to thicken.
- While whipping, slowly add the sugar. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the Nutella with a spatula until smooth and streak-free. Don’t overmix or it’ll lose fluffiness.
- Spoon mousse into small glasses or bowls.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes and let it set
- Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes:
- Taste as you go. Nutella is already sweet, so you might want less sugar.
- Try layering crushed cookies at the bottom for extra texture (optional)
