Description

This is a super easy dish to make. It can be eaten on its own or as a side dish for those lekker braai days with the family.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 700 gr small Baby Potatoes
  • 1 Bottle of The Marvellous Mrs Osborne’s Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • Salt and pepper for extra taste
  • Feta Cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring potatoes with skin to boil until soft, be careful not to overcook them and drain when cooked.
  2. Cut potatoes in half and put them aside
  3. Heat up The Marvellous Mrs Osborne Honey Mustard in a pot (amount to own discretion and tastes)
  4. When the Honey Mustard is warm, pour with love over the potatoes.
  5. Peel and slice the avo’s into the dish
  6. Everything can now be arranged onto a serving plate

OPTIONAL

  1. Crumble some feta cheese over (my daughter prefers it this way as she tends to like the saltier things in life)
  2. Can be served warm or when cooled down
