- 1½ tsp yeast
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 35ml oil
- 300ml warm water
Instructions
Sift all dry ingredients together.
Add the yeast and mix through.
Add oil and water and make a soft dough.
Knead for 8 minutes and place in a well oiled dish.
Cover with cling wrap and leave to rest for 60 minutes
Then gently punch it down and place in a well greased baking tin.
Again cover for 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C / 350F degrees for 20 minutes
