How to make Chimichurri Sauce the easy way.

What is chimichurri sauce made of?

Argentinean chimichurri is made with chopped fresh parsley, oregano, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. A colorful and flavorful addition to grilled meats and more, chimichurri sauce takes just 10 minutes to make.

What Does Chimichurri Sauce Taste Like?

If we could only use one word to describe chimichurri sauce, it would be “bright.” The combination of fresh cilantro and parsley packs an herbaceous flavor, while the red pepper flakes bring a hint of spice.
