Instructions

  1. Washed and soak the samp overnight
  2. Steam with a little salt until soft
  3. I cooked the mutton separately and then added the samp to it
  4. Fry the onion in little oil
  5. Add bay leaves
  6. Then add spices, ginger, garlic, curry leaves
  7. Add mutton, salt
  8. Cook for 45 minutes, depending on how soft you like the mutton
  9. Add little hot water at a time as needed
  10. After 45 minutes, add samp
  11. Cook until the gravy has thickened
