Description
Parmesan Cheese Pancake Flavors that fit your keto lifestyle perfectly
Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 medium Eggs
- 1 pinch of Ground Black Pepper
- 1 pinch of Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 1/3 cup grated (30 g) Parmesan Cheese
- 6 (90 g) Cherry Tomato, sliced in half
Instructions
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.

Add grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if you like it spicy. You can use your favorite spices if you want**. Taste it and add more seasoning if needed.
- Put olive oil in a frying pan and heat it.
- Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Cover the pan with a lid and let the eggs cook on low heat for 3–5 minutes until golden brown.
- Take the pan off the heat.
- Carefully move the pancake onto a plate using a spatula.
- Serve it with cherry tomatoes on the side and enjoy!
