    • Hi there Sim. Thanks for your peanut butter cupcake cookies. Yes as you say, there are so many things one can make and do while on Keto. I am coming to the end of my third week and it’s so much easier than I thought it would be. I am the only one doing it as my husband does not need it although he will eat the same type of food as I but more with some regular additions. I will for sure check out your ketorecipeidea blog through the day. I love that salmon parcels you have on the blog, when I did a quick hop over. It’s good to see another participant that shared recipes and you participating in SSPS here. Thanks for helping me on this journey. I have a number of other recipes that will post as we go forward. I did some research yesterday as i was looking for ‘lists’ of keto friendly food and that brought me to think how I can create a blog post on that in future. Watch out for it.
