This recipe is so easy and quick to make as it takes less than 30 minutes to be ready!
This is a nice rich and creamy chicken dinner and perfect for a quick dinner on a chilly and cold winter evening. Make this in your Instant Pot with that awesome lemon garlic butter to delight your senses with each bite. You can serve potato with it as a side or if you prefer add some bread to mop up every last drop of sauce at the end.

Sprinkle the garlic powder, chicken spice, salt, pepper, and paprika over the chicken and coat evenly.
Add the chicken to the pot, cooking in batches, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until brown. Turn all the chicken to the pot.
Add the stock and lemon juice to the pot. Top with the lemon slices.
Add the lid and set the valve to seal. Cook over high pressure for 6 minutes.
Allow to naturally release for 3 minutes, and then do a quick release.
Remove the chicken from the pot and allow to rest.
Discard the lemon slices.
Set the pot to sauté and add in heavy cream. (You can add more if you would like more sauce.)
Add cornstarch slurry and cook for about 3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Plate the chicken and drizzle with the sauce. Serve with your favorite sides.
