Low Carb Chocolate Almond Butter Brownies

The perfect treat for a chocoholic but it’s a Low Carb Chocolate Almond Butter Brownies, so you should not feel bad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup choc almond butter (I used my own homemade chocolate almond butter but you can use store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup xylitol
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp almond essence
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond butter, xylitol, egg, ghee, and almond essence.
  2. Stir in the flour, baking powder and baking soda, and then the milk. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  3. Bake at 200C for 20-23 minutes, until the brownie is done, but still soft in the middle.
