Masala and Green Chili Spicy Crab
This Crab dish has a fragrant medley of spices and is best eaten with your fingers.
Masala and Green Chili Spicy Crab

Please note you can always use less Masala and more green chilies if you like.
Ingredients
- 2 kg crab
- 10-12 ripe tomatoes
- 3 onion
- 3 green chillies
- Curry leaves
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 3 tsp Kashmiri Masala
- 6 cloves of garlic
- ½ tsp ginger and garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons tamarind, mixed in 2 cup warm water
- Salt
Instructions
Fry onion and garlic in oil.
Add turmeric and Masala and then the ginger and garlic paste.
Thereafter you will add tomatoes, green chilies, curry leaves, and salt.
Cook for 10 minutes or until tomatoes have softened.
Add crab and cook for 5 minutes.
Add tamarind water and cook for 20 minutes.
Switch off the stove and garnish with dhania,
Enjoy.
