Description
Please note you can always use less Masala and more green chilies if you like.
Ingredients
- 2 kg crab
- 10–12 ripe tomatoes
- 3 onion
- 3 green chillies
- Curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 3 tsp Kashmiri Masala
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons tamarind, mixed in 2 cup warm water
- Salt
Instructions
- Fry onion and garlic in oil.
- Add turmeric and Masala and then the ginger and garlic paste.
- Thereafter you will add tomatoes, green chilies, curry leaves, and salt.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until tomatoes have softened.
- Add crab and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add tamarind water and cook for 20 minutes.
- Switch off the stove and garnish with dhania,
- Enjoy.
