Instructions

  1. Fry onion and garlic in oil.
  2. Add turmeric and Masala and then the ginger and garlic paste.
  3. Thereafter you will add tomatoes, green chilies, curry leaves, and salt.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes or until tomatoes have softened.
  5. Add crab and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add tamarind water and cook for 20 minutes.
  7. Switch off the stove and garnish with dhania,
  8. Enjoy.
