Description

Super easy, tasty, and outstanding Mushroom Florentine Pasta with Spinach, and the creamiest pasta you will find.

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta as per box instructions.
  2. Drain & set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a Nonstick pan or a Saucepan.
  4. Sauté onion and garlic till soft.
  5. Add in the flour and mix well to ensure it costs the onions.
  6. Pour in the stock and whisk to prevent lumps.
  7. Once it is smooth and silky, pour in the coconut milk.
  8. Add in the mushrooms and spinach.
  9. Season and allow to simmer on gentle heat for about 5-7 minutes.
  10. Add the pasta to the sauce and toss well. Enjoy!!
