4 1/2 cups of cake flour
10 grams of instant yeast
2 Tbs caster sugar
2 Tsps salt
1 Tsp of fennel powder
2 eggs
80 grams of melted butter
1 cup of lukewarm milk
Sesame seeds or poppy seeds for garnish and 1egg to egg wash before baking.

Mix together all ingredients until a soft dough formed. Knesd dough on a floured surface for 10 mins. Place in a greased
Bowl and cover and allow to rise for 2 hrs. Knock down after
The first rise and shape small balls n place neatly in a round
Greased pan . cover n allow to rise again for 40 mins. Next
Egg wash n sprinkle each one with sesame seeds. Bake in a
Preheated oven at 200 C for 35 mins or until Golden brown.
