Description

Flourless Delight: Unleash the Egg-citement, have fun, experiment further and enjoy it

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large slice cold cut meat – shredded
  • Spices: Parsley, Aromat or any salt, Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, and beat it slightly with a fork until the eggs are fully mixed and blended with the cheese.
  2. Preheat your waffle or any other griddle pan. The waffle pan must be very hot.
  3. Spray with a non-stick spray.
  4. Pour the ingredients into the pan and spread it, if necessary to cover the base of the waffle pan.
  5. Close the lid and let it cook/bake.
  6. You will notice that it does puff up, not to worry about that, it’s totally normal for the egg to do that.
  7. You can open the lid after a while to check and see if it’s done.
  8. Close if not and keep baking it until fully cooked and it will have the most wonderful and nice brown color.
  9. Eat as soon as possible. This is absolutely wonderful, and I will for sure make this more often, and experiment with many other different fillings.
  10. I started this one very plain to see if the concept would work, and I am so happy, this was super delicious and my husband also agreed that it’s awesome.

    1. Hi April. Thanks for coming back to leave your comment. Gremlins I tell you, but glad it worked this time.
Please note this DOES have eggs, just NO FLOUR

      1. Hi April. This is a breakfast egg deal, and I tried it out and you do not need any flour, this is perfect but if you prefer to add flour, I am sure a very small amount will not harm, but I can promise you in this particular recipe you DO NOT need flour.
