Description

Ingredients
- 2 slices potato
- sliced mushroom
- 1 egg
- Mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese slices into squares
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp of tomato sauce or pizza sauce
- Bacon or prosciutto
Instructions
- Heat the pan with a little oil, and fry the bacon for a minute, and set aside.
- Using the same pan arrange the potato slices around the pan and cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove the lid and carefully spread the pizza sauce on top of the potatoes.
- Top it with mushroom and the cheese slices.
- Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for another 5 to 10 minutes until the potatoes are becoming tender and starting to get crispy.
- Crack one egg on the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover again for 3 minutes until the egg is cooked through.
- Lasty top it with bacon or proscuitto.
- Slide on the serving platter and be careful not to break the pizza.
