Description

The crispy potatoes, savory bacon, and egg, and melted cheese make this pizza a must-try.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices potato
  • sliced mushroom
  • 1 egg
  • Mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese slices into squares
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp of tomato sauce or pizza sauce
  • Bacon or prosciutto

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan with a little oil, and fry the bacon for a minute, and set aside.
  2. Using the same pan arrange the potato slices around the pan and cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the lid and carefully spread the pizza sauce on top of the potatoes.
  4. Top it with mushroom and the cheese slices.
  5. Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for another 5 to 10 minutes until the potatoes are becoming tender and starting to get crispy.
  6. Crack one egg on the top and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cover again for 3 minutes until the egg is cooked through.
  8. Lasty top it with bacon or proscuitto.
  9. Slide on the serving platter and be careful not to break the pizza.
