TRH Pasta Salad

Perfect weekend grub. Cheese Griller sausages, chips and pasta salad. …

1/2 packet bow tie pasta cooked according to package instructions
1/4 of each: green, yellow, red peppers diced
1 clove garlic minced
1 small red chilli chopped ( optional )
1/2 small onion diced
Taste for salt, add if necessary
Garnish with 4 pepperdews / red pimentos sliced and sprinkle of cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Toss with vinegarette salad dressing: 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp white vinegar, squeeze of lemon juice, salt, black pepper, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tsp sugar. Whisk and pour over salad. Garnish with sliced pepperdews / pimentos and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Chill in fridge before serving.
