Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Chickpea Flour
- 1 cup Self-Raising Flour
- 2 tsp. Chili Flakes
- 2 tsp Paprika/Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Dhania Powder
- 1 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Ground Garlic
- 2–3 Large Onions (thinly sliced)
- 3–4 Potatoes (thinly sliced)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients with enough water to form a thick batter.
- Add the onion and potatoes to the batter and mix well.
- Drop a spoonful of the mixture into deep oil and fry till golden.
- Serve and enjoy!!
- You may add your choice of vegetables e.g., lettuce, spinach, green bananas, jackfruit, eggplant, etc.
