Description

Craving for some exquisite flavors? Try our delectable Prawn Curry paired with soft, buttery Rotis. A perfect blend of spices and a symphony of tastes that will leave you asking for more.


Ingredients

Units Scale

  • 400 g prawn meat
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tomato
  • Few curry leaves
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Kuisine creamy butter prawns spice
  • 1 teaspoon Datar seafood spice
  • 1 teaspoon crayfish masala
  • 1 teaspoon Rajah mild and flavourful curry powder (purple pack)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Braise chopped onions in oil.
  2. Add curry leaves.
  3. Braise until soft and translucent, not too dark.
  4. Add crushed garlic.
  5. Blend all the above with a stick blender.
  6. Meanwhile, add raw prawn meat to the pot and add spices and salt to taste.
  7. Add blended onions and tomato and cook for 10 minutes until saucy.
  8. You can add a little more water if you want it saucier.
