Ingredients
- 1 Red snapper fillet
- A sprinkle of coarse salt
- A sprinkle of grounded black pepper
- A sprinkle of spicy red paprika
- A sprinkle of fresh or powdered garlic
- 2 rashers bacon
Instructions
- Red snapper fillet, dried and trimmed.
- Sprinkle coarse salt, grounded black pepper, and spicy red paprika, fresh or powdered garlic on the fillet.
- Roll the fillet to a semi-tight roll, wrap two bacon slices one going horizontally and the other going vertically, and use cooking pins to hold the bacon in place.
- Sauté the bacon on all sides until it becomes semi-crispy or dark golden brown.
- Place the fillet on a baking sheet and place it in the oven for 20 minutes at 425F / 220C
