Red Velvet Pancake with Delicious Cream Cheese Filling

Description
Red velvet pancakes with cream cheese filling make for a yummy start to the day.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Red Food Coloring
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Cream Cheese Filling
- ± 12.5 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Butter (softened)
- 1/3 cup Icing Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and butter together until creamy.
- Slowly add in the sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
- Sift together all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk together all the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl and slowly stir them into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter is formed.
- Cook the pancakes on a nonstick pan.
- Once cooled a little, spread with the cream cheese filling and stack.
- Enjoy!!
