It’s made from 100% natural xylitol, derived from plants, and is a perfect choice for health-conscious or sugar-sensitive people. Better yet, it’s just as sweet as regular sugar! Ingredients

  • 1 cup xylitol
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 drops liquid stevia
  • A crack of sea salt / Himalayan pink salt

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir occasionally and after 5 mins of hard boiling, reduce the heat, and keep on a gentle rolling boil for 20 mins.
  3. Remove from the heat and cool completely.
  4. Store in a glass jar and use as desired
  5. Refer to the Low Carb Craisin Walnut Muffins and use this homemade syrup.
