South African Sweet Chili Chicken Peppadews Feta Pizza

Description

What is the first thing that comes to your mind thinking of Italy? If it is pizza, you are in the right place.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 23 cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/3 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • Semolina (for coating the pan)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the sugar in the warm water with the oil.
  2. Mix the salt, flour, and yeast.
  3. Slowly pour in the water and mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead for about 5–8 minutes until the dough is smooth.
  5. Cover and place in a warm area until double in size (about an hour).
  6. Turn out on a lightly floured surface. Divide into 2 and roll out.
  7. Sprinkle the baking sheet with semolina before laying on the dough, then prebake at 180 for 8–10 minutes or until pale.
  8. Remove from the oven and start building your pizza. Enjoy!!
