Ingredients
500 g Beef minced or Pork minced
One large onion
1 green red bell pepper chopped
2 medium carrots diced
2 eggs
2 tbsp all purpose flour
Grated cheddar cheese
2 cans chopped and peeled tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 packet spaghetti noodles cook aldanté according to package
Salt and pepper
All purpose cream
Preheat oven 180C
For beef balls, mix minced, diced onion,carrots, 2 eggs, flour, cheddar cheese and season well and take spoonful and make a ball using your hands.heat pan with olive olive oil brown meat balls and transfer to baking dish set aside, add oil in pan saute onion until translucent add can tomatoes, bell pepper, carrots and simmer for about 5 to 10 mins and add cream season then add to meat balls and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, ladle the sauce to spaghetti noodles,and top with cheddar cheese and garnish with fresh basil….
