Ingredients
- 3 Big sweet potatoes peeled
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- One peeled orange
- Juice of one orange
- 2 spoons butter
- 1 cup of water
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Peel sweet potatoes and slice into thin rings
- Place potatoes in a medium-large pot with butter, orange juice, orange peel, cinnamon sticks, sugar, and a pinch of salt and water, and let it cook till sweet potatoes are soft
- Use a fork to mash sweet potatoes into chunks when dried and cooked. ENJOY
