Guide to Grilling Sweet Thai Chili BBQ Prawns
Start by mixing maple syrup or brown sugar with lemon juice, soy sauce, and Sweet Thai chili sauce or Sriracha in a bowl, adding a distinct touch of crushed garlic. Submerge the prawns into this mixture, ensuring a thorough coat. They should marinate for about 30 minutes, flipping at the halfway point for uniform flavor. Transfer the prawns onto a hot grill, basting them with extra marinade to enrich the taste. Grill each side for around three minutes until the prawns reveal a pink and opaque appearance, a sign they’re ready to savor. Promptly serve these grilled delights for an unmatched summer dining experience.
