Super soft Vanilla Cupcakes with a Marshmallow fluff topping & and drizzled with melted Chocolate / Sweetie Pie Cupcakes.
What is Sweetie Pie made of?
Sweetie Pies are by the Beyers brand which is whipped crème on a wafer biscuit, covered in chocolate & the Cutie Pies are by the Woolworths brand which is vanilla marshmallows on a wafer biscuit, covered in chocolate. These treats are so delicious & remind me of the Chocolate Log, just in a different shape.

I have never heard of these Esme, but they sound and look delicious! When I was growing up, my best friend’s mother would always make cake. Usually 3 times a week! She always used cake flour and I always thought the texture was so different from cakes made with regular flour. Thank you for sharing!
Hi Cara.
Yes flour does make a different to the end product and it will all depend on what you make.
Hope you will try this out. Super delicious.
