A Baked Omelette Roll is a beautiful, light, and a nice classy twist on the usual brunch fare, so have a go a this baked omelette roll!

Baked Omelette Roll

Ingredients:

9 eggs
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
Salt & pepper

Method:

Add everything to a blender and blend until frothy.
Pour into a baking sheet or dish lined with parchment.
Bake at 400Β°F until lightly browned (about 15mins).
Top with fillings of your choice (I used cream cheese, Blackforest ham, and fresh baby spinach), and roll-up.
Serve in slices.

It’s beautiful, light, and has a nice classy twist on the usual brunch fare.
We served it with hashbrowns and bacon.
A real hit!
