Ingredients

Units Scale
  • I kg chicken pieces
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri masala
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • Salt, pepper
  • Mixed herbs
  • 5 Tbsp. of Aminas Tikka marinade
  • 1/4 cup sour milk

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with all these spices, Kashmiri masala, garlic paste, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, Aminas Tikka Marinade, and sour cream.
  2. Overnight or for a couple of hours
  3. Cook over hot coal
  4. If you’re using the oven, bake for 1½ hrs in the oven at 180 degrees Celcius / 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
